In comparison, the same model but different thickness, the price of single crystal silicon wafer P-type M6 155μm thickness(166/223mm) in November was 0.78 USD. The price of single crystal silicon wafer P-type M10 155μm thickness(182/247mm) was 0.928 USD in November. After 155 thickness becomes 150 thick, the overall decrease reached 27.2%.

Also today, another silicon chip company TCL Central also released the news of the sharp price reduction of silicon wafers! 150μm thickness P type 210 and 182 silicon wafers are priced from 1.34 USD/piece, 1.01 USD/piece, respectively to 0.89 USD/piece, 0.68 USD/piece, which is reduced by 0.128 USD/piece and 0.098 USD/piece on November 27, respectively. The latest quotes of 150μm thickness N type 210 and 182 silicon wafers are 0.95 USD/piece and 0.73 USD/piece, respectively, which are reduced by 0.137 USD/piece, 0.105 USD/piece than the previous round of quotation, respectively.
